“what are you doing saturday night?”

• 6 words i never knew i liked to hear.
• lovelovelove having stuff to look forward to
• woke up to my alarm today at 9:30 cause i thought i had to get up early to claim a washing machine
• snoozed for 30 minutes instead lol
• but the sunlight was so bright and the day seemed so beautiful i just willed myself out of bed
• priscilla stayed over at isabelles so i took my sweet time
• there was actually no one in the laundry room! that’s when you know it’s gonna be a good day.
• sat and listened to music and did my bio lab.
• my clothes were weirdly wet but i think its cause i put too much detergent on them. it’s all good.
• quynh was standing in front of the door when i got back lol. priscilla happened to be out of the room. but we got back at the same time
• ate lunch quickly then high-tailed myself outta there, brought my guitar with me
• got to nicole’s and chatted about wonderful things for a while, then she left to grab lunch and i continued with homework
• she had to go to lab and i was tired of work so we left at the same time - she trusted me with her keys an id <3 - i went to the ampitheater to sit and play a little music
• my voice was kinda gross today and i’m still not used to playing out in the open where anyone can hear me but i got into the groove a little.
• i was out there for maybe 2 hours? i had to keep moving because i wanted to stay in the sunlight lol
• at one point a guy stopped and asked if he could sit and listen to me for a while [: i chatted with him for a bit. his name was ben, a marine biologist and he was counting fish in the creek which i didn’t even know existed. he was super nice, and then asked if he could play something. it was a really sweet song; i didn’t recognize it but it was very fitting of the moment and he wasn’t half bad at all so that was nice. then we chatted some more and he had to go, but before he left he was like “i’m gonna write a song for you right now.” and he had me give him a noun (umbrella) and he improved like a 4-line song out of it [: it was sweet and pretty cool hahah. props to him.
• i was on some of my last songs when justin walked out on his way to judo. he stopped to chat and asked if i would play him a song which of course the answer is always no, then he went along his merry way
• i went in not long afterward to get some more work done, but not much happened lawls
• justin texted asking for dinner so that happened
• “i need a wife like you.”
• nicole walked in halfway through so she joined us!
• interesting conversation, mostly on nicole & my parts.
• justin says really interesting things and i’m not sure if he knows what they sound like when he says them.
• we were all obviously avoiding work so nicole and i headed upstairs to study and justin went to do laundry
• i’ve been sitting in this room for like 3 hours and me, nicole, and this other girl have had to get up and do a little jig around the room every like 30 minutes to get the lights to turn back on -____-
• justin came down to join us after a little. had to guard his and nicole’s phone so he could be focused, but apparently he didn’t even have that much to do cause after he went to get his clothes he didn’t have anything left to do.
• and so he distracted me instead
• lots of talking about comedy and stuff, he told me to listen to some bo burnham and i introduced him to a little south park
• i cannot believe that boy is getting a motorcycle. with a black leather jacket.
• and a full faced helmet
• after spring break
• i can’t even
• oh yeah i ran into nathan twice last night.
• deleted half of my bio lab
• thank god for google docs. you can recover stuff because there’s a revision log. seriously i was gonna just flip a shit and cry, there was so much gone. and if it was only my parts then it would have been fine, i would have just resigned myself to doing it all over again but i also deleted my group’s stuff and i just don’t even know
• but yay for staying calm and trying again and again to fix it! :D
• 40 minutes of potential math studying gone but i don’t even care.
